Yes. A skin test is required at least 48 hours before your colour appointment to ensure your safety and comfort.
Can I have a consultation before booking?
Absolutely.
We offer free consultations so we can discuss your hair goals, assess your hair and recommend the best blonding experience for you.
Will this completely cover my grey?
No
the RIZZO Blend is designed to soften and diffuse grey, creating a natural, blended finish rather than full block coverage.
Will I look “in-between” during the process?
No
Not at all. Every stage is designed to look intentional, polished, and wearable — so you always feel confident.
How long does the process take?
For many clients, the full transformation takes up to 3 appointments. This allows us to achieve the best result while protecting your hair’s condition.
Do new clients need to pay a deposit?
Yes.
New clients booking a larger blending service are asked to secure their appointment with a £30 deposit when booking.
This ensures your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
Can I have a cut or a blow-dry with my appointment?
Yes you can.
We charge by the hour for the result, so you are welcome to add either a cut or a blow-dry to your service.
Your stylist will discuss the best option during your consultation.
