I don't often leave reviews but tried this salon for the first time today and (apart from liking my hair at the end of it) had a really lovely time! I had a consultation yesterday with Sophie, who was great, very knowledgeable and really took time and was patient with me, and Holly did my colour and cut today and again was absolutely lovely. It was a pleasant change not to feel hurried and stressed out by the whole thing!! She took loads of care to make sure I was comfortable at all times, especially at the basin, which as we all know can be far from enjoyable!! It was a really nice change to feel heard, understood, and not to have water gushed into your ear, over your eye make up or down the back of your neck! Another staff member even stopped as she was passing to ask if I wanted the message chair popping back on while my toner was on! A really lovely salon, lovely staff, lovely atmosphere and I really like my hair! I will definitely be returning
